Our standard bounce house and water slide rentals in Jacksonville, NC include up to 8 hours of fun, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your event. We also offer a convenient overnight rental option if you’d like to keep the inflatable longer. Just let us know during booking and we’ll handle the details!
Our cancellation policy is simple and straightforward. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your event, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event date will result in the loss of your deposit.
If rain is in the forecast, you can reschedule at no extra cost as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Please note that once equipment has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued, regardless of use.

Every booking is reserved with a $50 deposit. We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards to make the booking process quick and convenient.

Absolutely. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities at Elevation Inflatables. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental and regularly inspected to ensure everything is in excellent condition.
During setup, our team reviews important safety guidelines to help ensure proper use so you can enjoy your event with confidence.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons like summer, weekends, and holidays such as the 4th of July. Last-minute availability is never guaranteed, but you’re welcome to contact us to check.

We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. When installing on hard surfaces, we use appropriate anchoring methods to ensure safety and stability. Please let us know your surface type when booking.
Setup and takedown are included in your rental price.
Delivery is not included and is charged separately at $3 per mile (one way) based on distance from our location. This helps keep rental prices fair while covering transportation costs.
Yes. Elevation Inflatables is fully insured, providing peace of mind for birthdays, school events, church functions, and community gatherings.
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be operated during high winds or lightning. If unsafe conditions occur, we may pause use, deflate, or remove the inflatable. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a rain check, based on availability.
The majority of our inflatables have age and weight limit guidelines clearly posted near the entrance of each unit. These limits follow manufacturer safety standards and indicate the recommended number of participants for safe use. Our team will review proper use during setup and help you choose the best inflatable for your group.

Yes, generators are available for rent if a power source is not accessible. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure the proper equipment is provided.
We offer an optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for 10% of the rental fee. It covers accidental damage from normal use up to $500, wear up to $1,000, and wind or storm damage up to $2,000. The Damage Waiver is not insurance and does not cover misuse, prohibited substances, or food/drink contamination.
Customers will have the option to review the Damage Waiver details and add it during the booking process.
Bounce houses start at $175, water slides at $250 and obstacle courses at $250. Our tallest and longest water slides, Purple Thunder Falls and Tropical Tsunami with Slip and Slide, run $500–$550. Prices don’t include tax or delivery, which is $3 per mile (one way). A $50 deposit holds your date, and each rental page shows its exact price.
Yes. Along with our standard rental, we offer overnight and weekend rentals at set prices. You’ll see the options when you pick your date, or you can contact us and we’ll help.
It depends on the park. City of Jacksonville parks don’t allow inflatables. Onslow County parks and parks in other towns do, but check with the park first about permits and rules.
Yes. We have our own base access, so we deliver to Camp Lejeune and base housing just like anywhere else. Just book with your address as usual.
We typically deliver between 7 AM and 1 PM and pick up between 4 and 10 PM. Times can shift a little with the season. Overnight rentals are usually picked up around 8 AM, though morning drop-offs come first, so it may be a bit later.
A flat, level area free of sticks and debris, a standard outlet within 100 feet, and a water source with a hose hookup. We provide at least a 25-foot hose. If you need more length, that’s up to you, though we carry extra hoses just in case at no charge.
