I rented the freedom obstacle course inflatable, for my daughter’s 15th birthday party. I was very pleased. All the teens had a blast. Even us adults had a great time on it. I loved that they delivered and set it up. It was definitely worth the money. It was one less thing that I had to worry about doing. I will definitely be renting from them again. Had a great experience from the very second I clicked on the website. Brandon responded immediately when I asked if they had base access. I booked a water/bounce house on somewhat short notice and had zeros issues. Brandon called the day before the event and was excellent at communicating with us day of the event with arrival. Elevation Inflatables was AWESOME! From the start of my research of companies, they were the most responsive and easiest to work with. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The guys that set up were very professional and helped us pick the best location for our slide and tent. From start to finish this was a great experience! We rented a slide / slip n slide combo from Elevation for my 9 and 5 year old son’s joint birthday party and it was a huge success ! The kids loved it so much we extended the party by several hours . The Elevation team was wonderful to work with . They were on time for both drop off and pick up , informative when we had questions, professional, and very kind to our very excited boys who watched them set it up . They had a great selection of slides and bounce houses to choose from and I felt prices were very reasonable for the length of time you are given . Used these guys for my son’s birthday and not only did they show up early but they set up in less 30mins and came back and broke it down themselves. Very professional and friendly customer service. The owner helped me to pick out an age appropriate bounce house for the little ones thank god or I would have definitely picked something a little more advanced by accident! Also after pricing through base it didn’t take long to realize that these guys were the way to go… around the same price and I didnt have to pick it up myself, set up, and break down. 100% worth every penny. Recently rented a water slide for our daughters high school graduation and I don’t know how had more fun, the kids or the adults! The crew was in and out and very professional. They kept in contact leading up to drop off and pick up. They even dropped it off a couple hours prior so we got even more playtime out of it.
