Our 20x30 pole tent gives you 600 square feet of shade and cover for seating, dining or a food table next to the inflatables.
How your guests spend their time under the tent matters more than the guest count. Seated meals take the most room. Standing crowds fit more people in the same space.
Our 60" round tables seat up to 8 guests each, so everyone can talk across the table. Pair them with white padded resin chairs for a dressed-up look.
6' tables and white folding chairs work great for family-style seating, and an extra 6' table makes an easy food or gift table.
Cocktail tables give guests a spot to set down a drink or plate while they mingle, and take up much less room than seated tables.

It depends on the setup. As a rough guide, plan on about 48 guests seated at 60" round tables, about 60 at 6' tables, or about 75 standing. Food, drink and gift tables take up room too, so use the calculator above for your exact party.
The tent is 30 by 20 feet. Plan on a flat, open area about 35 by 25 feet, with 17 feet of clearance overhead, so check for low tree branches before you book.
Yes. Our team delivers the tent and sets it up for you, along with any inflatables you rent.
Tables and chairs are delivered stacked. If you'd like our crew to set them out and stack them back up after your event, it's $1 more per table or chair.

No. The tent doesn't need an outlet. Inflatables still need a standard outlet within 100 feet.
You can reschedule your rental because of rain at no extra cost, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
