Inflatables get the kids moving, but every great event also needs a place for the adults to sit, eat and talk. That’s why we’ve added three new items to our tents, tables and chairs lineup:

• 60 inch round tables
• Cocktail tables
• White padded resin folding chairs

Whether you’re planning a wedding, a baby or bridal shower, a graduation party or a big backyard get-together, here’s how to put them to work.

🍽️ 1. Round Tables: Built for Conversation

Long tables are great for food lines. Round tables are great for people.

Our 60 inch round tables seat up to 8 guests, so everyone at the table can see and talk to each other. They work with standard round table linens, so you can match your colors. Round tables rent for $20 each for up to 24 hours, and our crew can place them for you for $1 more per table.

• Graduation dinners
• Centerpiece and dessert displays

👉 Pro tip: Divide your guest count by 8 to get a starting number of tables. For 80 seated guests, that’s 10 round tables, plus a few extra for food, gifts and the cake.

🥂 2. Cocktail Tables: Give Guests a Place to Land

Not everyone wants to sit all night. Cocktail tables give guests a spot to set down a drink or a plate while they mingle.

They come in two heights:

• 31 inch for seated or lounge areas
• 42 inch for standing guests

Cocktail tables rent for $8 each for up to 24 hours. They come in pieces, so setup and breakdown are always included. Our crew puts them together and takes them down for you.

Where they shine:

• Near the bar or drink station
• Around the dance floor
• At the entrance or a welcome area
• Next to food stations

👉 Pro tip: Leave them bare for a clean, modern look, or add fitted linens to dress them up.

🪑 3. White Padded Resin Chairs: A Step Up for Special Days

For ceremonies, receptions and other dressed-up moments, our white padded resin folding chairs add a polished look and a padded seat your guests will thank you for. They rent for $4 each for up to 24 hours, and our crew can place them for you for $1 more per chair.

Planning something more casual, like a birthday cookout? Our classic white folding chairs and 6 foot tables are still a great fit.

👉 Pro tip: Use the padded resin chairs for both the ceremony and the reception, so there’s one clean look all day.

Here’s how these pieces fit different events:
